Where is your studio located?
I am equipped to shoot in virtually any location, but I do many shoots at a studio in Enola.
When are you open?
Shoots are by appointment only.
Do you offer packages?
Not like you’d find in a local chain studio, but customers who purchase five or more poses will receive discounts on wall portraits or albums.
What is included in the sitting fee?
Your sitting fee includes a two-hour session, setup, and an online gallery.
Do you do black & white photography?
Any photos from your session can be converted to black & white, sepia, and a range of other creative treatments.
What happens after the shoot?
Your proofs are made available for viewing in a personal SmugMug gallery. This allows you to share your proofs with friends and family and choose your favorites from the comfort of your home.
Can I buy my proofs?
Proof books are available, and can include twenty or more photos from your session ($1.00 per proof).
What happens after my session?
I will meet with you for a sales session. During this session, you will have the opportunity to review projected photos from your session and view samples of the different products available for order. At that point you can select your poses and order gift prints, wall portraits, and albums.
What is the online gallery?
Your pose choices will be available for order from your personal SmugMug gallery. You can share this site with family and friends who may want to order prints and other photo items.
Can I buy photos that aren’t retouched?
Only in your proof book. Every photo that you purchase represents my work, and I want to be sure it looks its best before reaching you.

Can I buy my photos in digital form?
I recognize that you may want to use a photo from your session as a screensaver, on a web site, or in a digital frame. Once a photo has been retouched, I will work with you to provide your photos in a digital format that will meet your needs, along with an appropriate usage license.
What other products are available?
In addition to prints, I offer canvas wall portraits in a variety of formats, albums in different styles, custom-made cards, photo merchandise (such as mugs and magnets), and even a caricature service.
Do you use social networking?
I utilize this site, Facebook, and Twitter to update my clients. You can also subscribe to my blog’s RSS feed. I welcome the opportunity to tag your photos on Facebook and to follow you on Twitter, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you use those services.
How can I take better pictures?
In addition to updates about Long Shots Photography, I use this site to provide photography tips to visitors.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay by check, cash, or credit card. I also offer 5- and 10-month payment plans.
What if I have other questions?
